Idella Miller (nee Camp) was born at Hopeville, Iowa, November 14, 1868 and died at her home in Osceola, October 16, 1909, aged 40 years, 11 months and two days.

She was the youngest child of Mr. and Mrs. Freeman Camp, deceased, with whom she came to this city in 1885 and was here married to Jesse Miller, July 1st, 1888.

Four daughters, Delphine, Daisy, Myrtle and Florence, were born to them and all were present when death came to the mother and left them orphans, the father having died October 6th, 1908.

She united with the Christian church at the age of sixteen and remained a faithful and consistent member until the end.

For a number of years she had been an invalid but she bore her suffering with uncomplaining cheerfulness, only wishing that she might continue to live for the sake of her loved ones.

She was a good wife and loving mother and put forth every effort for their comfort that her health would permit. May God bless and comfort the orphaned daughters, and other relatives left to mourn her loss. The funeral services were held at the Christian church Sunday at 3 p.m. conducted by the writer after which interment was made in Maple Hill cemetery.
